We hope you love your order. As each piece is handmade with care, slight variations are part of the natural character of our products.

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Please note:
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Custom or personalized items cannot be returned
• Used candles, wax melts or burned products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
