We hope you love your order. As each piece is handmade with care, slight variations are part of the natural character of our products.

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item.

2. RETURNS

Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.

Please note:
• Custom or personalized items are exempt from the right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.
• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used candles, wax melts or burned products cannot be returned.

3. REFUNDS

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

4. DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
• photos of the damaged item,
• photos of the packaging,
• and photos of the shipping label.

We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
