Thank you for shopping with Márbelle HOME.
Each piece is handmade in small batches with care and attention to detail. Because many of our products are made to order, please allow time for both production and shipping.
1. PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIMES
Estimated production / processing times before shipment:
Candles & wax melts:
• approximately 2–4 business days
Home decor pieces (trays, candle holders, coasters, decorative objects etc.):
• approximately 3–5 business days
Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time.
Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate.
2. SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated shipping times after dispatch:
• Slovenia: approximately 1–3 business days
• EU countries: approximately 5–10 business days
Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on:
• shipping carriers,
• holidays,
• weather conditions,
• seasonal demand,
• or circumstances outside our control.
3. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship within selected European Union countries.
Orders are shipped from Slovenia.
4. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated as follows:
Slovenia:
• €3.50 shipping fee
• Free shipping on orders above €35
EU countries:
• €12 shipping fee
• Free shipping on orders above €99
Shipping prices may occasionally change during special promotions or seasonal campaigns.
5. SHIPPING CARRIERS
Shipping carriers may vary depending on the destination country, parcel size, weight and order type.
Orders are typically shipped with:
• GLS
• Pošta Slovenije
The most suitable shipping method will be selected based on the destination and package requirements.
6. ORDER TRACKING
Tracking information will be provided when available once your order has been dispatched.
7. SHIPPING DELAYS
While we always do our best to dispatch orders on time, delays may occasionally occur during busy periods or due to carrier-related issues.
Márbelle HOME is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party delivery services or circumstances outside our control.
8. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
• photographs of the damaged product,
• photographs of the packaging,
• and photographs of the shipping label.
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
9. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, lost shipments or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
