These Terms of Service and Purchase (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through the Márbelle HOME online store and website.
Márbelle HOME, Erik Mršnik s.p. (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates this website and provides handmade candles, wax melts, and decorative home objects crafted in small batches.
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. GENERAL
By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
To complete your order, you agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing, shipping and payment information.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases including, but not limited to:
• suspected fraud,
• pricing or technical errors,
• unavailable products,
• or misuse of the website.
An order confirmation is automatically sent after checkout. This confirmation does not yet constitute final acceptance of the order.
2. PRODUCTS & HANDMADE NATURE
All products sold by Márbelle HOME are handmade in small batches.
Because of the handmade process, natural variations may occur between pieces, including:
• colour variations,
• marbling,
• texture,
• air bubbles,
• surface finish,
• dimensions,
• shape irregularities,
• and wax appearance.
These are natural characteristics of handmade craftsmanship and are not considered defects.
We do our best to present products as accurately as possible, but colours and appearance may vary depending on screen settings, lighting and individual device displays.
3. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Many of our products are made to order.
Production and processing time is usually approximately 2–5 business days before shipment, depending on the product type, order size and current workload.
During busy periods or holidays, production times may be longer.
Custom-made or personalized products may require additional preparation time.
4. CUSTOM ORDERS
We may offer custom or personalized orders upon request.
Because custom pieces are created specifically for the customer, custom-made or personalized products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Minor variations from inspiration images, mockups or previous handmade pieces may occur naturally.
5. PRICES & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in EUR (€).
Márbelle HOME, Erik Mršnik s.p. is not currently VAT registered under the Slovenian VAT system.
We reserve the right to adjust prices, correct pricing errors, update product information or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
Payments are securely processed through Shopify and its supported payment providers.
Available payment methods may include:
• Credit & debit cards
• PayPal
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• Shop Pay
• Klarna (where available)
Available payment methods may vary depending on your country and device.
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We currently ship within selected EU countries.
Orders are shipped from Slovenia.
Estimated shipping times:
• Slovenia: approximately 1–3 business days
• EU countries: approximately 5–10 business days
Please note that shipping time does not include production/processing time for handmade items.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
• shipping providers,
• customs procedures,
• holidays,
• weather conditions,
• force majeure events,
• or circumstances outside our control.
Risk of loss and responsibility for the products pass to the customer once the shipment has been handed over to the delivery carrier.
7. RETURNS & REFUNDS
We hope you love your order. However, if something is not right, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Returned items must be:
• unused,
• unburned,
• in original condition,
• and returned in original or equivalent protective packaging.
Used candles, burned products, wax melts and custom-made products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds are processed after the returned products have been received and inspected.
8. DAMAGED ITEMS & COMPLAINTS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
• photographs of the product,
• photographs of the packaging,
• and photographs of the shipping label.
We will always do our best to find a fair and reasonable solution.
Under applicable EU consumer laws, customers may have rights regarding faulty or defective products.
9. CANDLE SAFETY
Our candles are primarily designed as decorative objects, but they may also be burned with proper care.
By purchasing and using our candles, you agree to follow basic candle safety guidelines.
• Never leave a burning candle unattended
• Keep away from children, pets and flammable materials
• Burn on a stable, heat-resistant, fireproof surface
• Trim the wick to approximately 5–7 mm before each burn
• Burning time may vary depending on the candle shape and size
• For best results, burn in shorter sessions and avoid prolonged burning
• Do not move the candle while burning or while wax is hot
• Keep burning candles at a safe distance from one another
• Remove wick debris from melted wax
• Some dripping, uneven burning or excess wax may occur due to the sculptural nature of the candles
Always allow the candle to cool completely before touching or moving it.
Márbelle HOME is not responsible for damage caused by improper candle use, misuse, or failure to follow safety instructions.
10. HOME DECOR PRODUCTS
Decorative trays, candle holders, coasters and other home decor objects sold by Márbelle HOME are intended for decorative use.
Because many decor products are handcrafted from mineral-based materials, small imperfections, air bubbles, texture variations or slight colour differences may naturally occur.
Products should be handled with care. Improper use, dropping or exposure to excessive force may cause damage.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including photographs, branding, product names, descriptions, graphics and designs, belongs to Márbelle HOME, Erik Mršnik s.p. unless otherwise stated.
Content may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.
12. PRIVACY
Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Our website is powered by Shopify, which securely processes payment and order information necessary to provide our services.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Márbelle HOME shall not be held liable for:
• indirect damages,
• delays caused by shipping providers,
• customs delays,
• force majeure events,
• misuse of products,
• or damages resulting from failure to follow product care or safety instructions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the relevant order.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia and applicable European Union consumer protection legislation.
Any disputes shall be resolved under Slovenian jurisdiction unless otherwise required by applicable EU law.
15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Any updates will be published on this page with the updated revision date.
